Job Summary
Offer equipment and facility feedback to warehouse management and develop solutions to technical and facility-related problems. Conduct and oversee inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs for equipment and facilities, troubleshooting complex issues with warehouse systems using hand and power tools. Coordinate third-party vendors for necessary repairs and maintain preventative maintenance programs while assisting inventory management of supplies. Perform general cleaning duties and communicate with staff and third parties on maintenance issues. Work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, lifting up to 45 pounds, with minimal travel required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
- Frequently required to lift up to 45 pounds at various heights
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse
- Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments)
- Consistently demonstrates the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with preventative maintenance management and documentation preferred
- 2 to 3 years of warehouse maintenance experience on mechanical systems, warehouse systems, and AC/DC electrical systems preferred
