Job Summary
Assemble orders, pack, and deliver materials to customer work sites while operating a 24' manual transmission truck for product delivery. Fill requisitions using status reports to ensure on-time material delivery and maintain inventory levels through stock replenishment and cycle counting. Scan empty bins with barcode systems, handle material shortage requests, and perform quality work within deadlines. Follow company safety policies and interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers. Requires an active driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and familiarity with JIT warehousing concepts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years relevant warehouse experience
- Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Active Driver's License
- Proficient with PC
- Must be familiar with JIT and standard warehousing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Operate a company truck (24' manual transmission) to deliver product to customer sites
