Job Summary
Assist Leadpersons with production line setup and changeovers, fill in for various production positions, and operate equipment including the Depalletizer Machine and processing vessels. Support ingredient and container handling, perform sauce preparation, and manage heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while reporting equipment or safety concerns immediately. Adhere to all food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime as business needs require.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or food processing facility
- Previous leadership or leadperson experience
