Job Summary
The Team Lead coordinates personnel, equipment, and inventory in a combined warehouse/administrative environment to meet daily productivity, quality, and safety targets; leads associates, drives continuous improvement with Lean and 5S practices, and communicates production updates to management and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include directing work to meet targets, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety regulations, coordinating manpower and workflow, maintaining reports, and supporting operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
