Job Summary
Handle shipments, process work orders, and stage orders for production while operating a forklift to transport inventory. Comply with Franklin Fueling Systems Quality System policies, report safety or equipment issues to the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintain clean work areas. Perform cycle counts, quality checks on stock items, and fill purchase or sales orders. Requires high school diploma, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with moderate noise levels and exposure to extreme heat. This 1st shift role supports the manufacturer of complete petroleum equipment lines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100lbs.
- Must be able to stand.
- Must be able to walk.
- Must be able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps.
- Must be able to use upper extremities.
- Must be able to regularly perceive the spoken voice clearly.
- Must be able to hear warning signals up to 70dbs with or without assistance.
- Must be able to comprehendible speech.
- Must be able to perform regular peripheral viewing.
- Must be able to view length changes.
- Must be able to perform close viewing with occasional accurate depth perception and distance viewing.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing type environment.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat, vibration, and moving mechanical hazard conditions.
- Must be able to work in wet/humid conditions.
- Must be able to work shift work up to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.

- 6 months or more experience working in shipping or receiving
- Forklift Certification
