1st Shift Supervisor

Leads janitorial operations at the assigned location, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Promotes a customer service mindset with internal and external customers, conducts quality improvement inspections, and develops/coaches department associates to their fullest potential. Manages work schedules, training programs, and recertifications, and ensures proper use of supplies and equipment in coordination with site management. Maintains safety procedures, communicates expectations during interviews, and fosters a teamwork-focused, respectful environment. Requires at least 4 years of supervisor experience in janitorial, high school diploma or GED (Some college preferred), ability to speak Spanish, and familiarity with basic office software. Must be willing to complete a background check and comply with vaccination requirements or approved exemptions. E-Verify compliant; weekly pay offered.
