Job Summary
Oversees janitorial services at the assigned Hazelwood, MO location, leads and coaches department associates, ensures safety and quality standards, conducts quality improvement inspections, manages schedules and supplies, enforces training and recertification programs, communicates expectations during interviews, and fosters a safety-first culture. Requires Spanish-speaking ability, prior janitorial supervision experience, and compliance with background checks and vaccination/exemption policies. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 4 years of supervisor experience in janitorial industry
- Experience or knowledge in floor care (stripping, buffing, waxing floors)
- Must be able to speak Spanish
- Minimum of 4 years customer service experience
- Willing to complete background check
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Motor Vehicle Record and valid license in good standing
- Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and related software
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and meet objectives without supervision
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Vaccination requirement or approved exemption for employment
