1st Shift Superintendent of Logistics

Manage supervisors and hourly personnel across three shifts to control productive labor, variable overhead, and OVC budgets while overseeing production facilities in the Peoria plant. Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally friendly workplace compliant with ISO14001 standards and support ISO9002 quality efforts. Monitor progress toward established production goals, adjust manpower levels, and implement programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Interview and select qualified hourly employees, oversee their training, and administer the union/management agreement to maintain sound working relationships. Communicate effectively with other departments and management to address operational problems and ensure timely product delivery.
