Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Clerk role in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials, preparing finished goods for shipment, staging outgoing shipments (LTL, UPS, truckload), inspecting incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, completing freight logs and receiving documentation, and ensuring shipments are approved prior to release. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, proficient with computers and warehouse systems, and able to operate forklift and pallet jacks, with physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75–100 lbs. The position emphasizes safety, organization, and timely, accurate movement of materials, contributing to on-time delivery and inventory integrity.

- Experience with receiving, staging, and shipping
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanners
- Basic math and counting skills
