Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, manufacturing equipment, floors, walls, and workstations while removing trash, debris, oil, and grease. Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums, and properly handle, label, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals and industrial waste. Maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas as assigned, and identify and report spills, leaks, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions. Wear required personal protective equipment and follow OSHA and facility safety requirements when working around moving equipment, production machinery, forklifts, and chemicals. Complete sanitation logs, checklists, and inspection records, and notify supervision when cleaning materials need replenishment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, janitorial, or sanitation work
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
