Job Summary
Operate robotic equipment on the production line while monitoring machinery for abnormalities and making adjustments to ensure quality. Perform hands-on line operations, assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues, and execute daily quality controls. Complete detailed cleaning of applicable areas during product color changes and maintain a safe work environment. Communicate with operators, assistant shift leaders, and the shift leader while ensuring all plant policies are followed. Work 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm, M-F) plus overtime as needed, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime with little or no notification.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed with little or no notification
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic moulding processes, procedures, and machinery (ex. oven/kiln operation, conveying systems, presses)
