Job Summary
Returns Processor – responsible for handling, inspecting, and documenting returned merchandise within a warehouse environment. Identify product condition and determine appropriate disposition (restock, repair, disposal, etc.). Perform data entry and update inventory records using warehouse systems; use computers, scanners, and related equipment to document return status; sort, label, and organize returned items for the next step in the workflow; maintain accuracy and productivity standards within the returns department; keep workstations clean, safe, and organized; assist with general warehouse support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or returns processing experience
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and return workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly in a warehouse setting
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
