Job Summary
Warehouse Team Member responsible for loading/unloading inbound and outbound shipments, verifying product and packaging, wrapping and weighing pallets for shipping, operating forklifts and other PITs with training provided, maintaining shipping/receiving paperwork (Bills of Lading, packing slips, internal records), ensuring proper lot codes and proper storage, assisting with picking/packing orders, performing quality checks on shipments, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse and dock area, supporting cross-training within Packaging and Processing, assisting with month-end inventory counts and spot checks, labeling/scanning/storing products using inventory systems (Vista Trac), communicating discrepancies to supervisor/QA, and performing related duties to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Also notes required safety compliance, OSHA/GMP standards, and equal opportunity employer status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness to operate forklifts and other powered equipment (certification/training provided)
- Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative when needed
