Job Summary
Monitor and document product quality as well as production processes to ensure all food products meet company and customer specifications. Perform product inspections, CCP checks, titration of process water, enzyme verification, and equipment calibration. Identify, document, and communicate quality issues while completing daily documentation and data entry. Collect microbiological and customer retention samples, interpret specifications, and maintain an organized work area. Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies and HACCP guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment with temperatures ranging from hot to cold, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Desired Qualifications
- High School/GED Equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
