Job Summary
Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility, receive and unload inbound shipments, and load outbound shipments accurately on schedule. Track inventory and material movement using scanners and warehouse software while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Keep production supplied with materials and components, communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates, and adapt to changing priorities to support warehouse, dock, and production activities as needed. This Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM role at Ventura Manufacturing requires a valid driver's license, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, or related industrial experience
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology
