Job Summary
Production Supervisor responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields in the Poultry Division, with a focus on safe working conditions and regulatory compliance. Oversees staffing and line maintenance, ensures all positions are filled before start-up, monitors daily production orders, verifies shipments and inventory, enforces USDA inspection requirements, promotes daily safety practices, communicates company policies to team members, and provides training, coaching, and performance feedback. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with 1+ years supervisory experience preferred; high school diploma required; travel of 1-5 trips per year; relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, additional vocational or college courses preferred
- 1+ years in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
