Job Summary
Production Supervisor for Tyson Foods' Poultry Division in Humboldt, TN responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Oversees line maintenance, staffing, and adherence to regulatory standards; verifies daily production orders, ensures complete staffing before startup, manages inventory and shipments, promotes safety through regular meetings, and provides guidance to team members. Requires strong leadership, ability to train and counsel staff, and effective communication to ensure operational excellence on the production floor. Relocation assistance is eligible; the role is 1st shift with USDA-inspection compliance and a focus on quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in a manufacturing environment
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
