Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will manage daily operations of heavy industrial products, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and meeting production goals. Responsibilities include setting production schedules, coaching employees on quality and efficiency, and conducting safety audits. Candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of blueprints, and the ability to foster a productive team culture. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- No less than 2 years of successful leadership experience demonstrated in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of blueprints and layouts
- A high degree of dependability, maturity, and strong leadership characteristics as demonstrated through previous professional work experience
- Must be able to work 5:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
- Regular and predictable attendance, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal
Desired Qualifications
- Range of small to large forklift experience preferred
- Overhead crane experience preferred
