Job Summary
1st Shift Production Machine Operator needed to operate and maintain wick machines, set up dies and related equipment, mount spools, thread wickers, and perform preventative maintenance. Responsible for labeling, sign-offs, tracking downtime, inventory cycle counts, and ensuring product quality. Must read blueprints/drawings, apply quality control procedures, and use Microsoft Office (Excel). Requires ability to work with dyes, waxes, and temperatures, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and collaborate with supervision. On-site, 5am–1pm, Monday–Friday; requires at least 12 months related experience or training and a high school diploma or GED.
