Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment including turret and bending machines, monitor output, and adjust settings to maintain quality. Perform packaging and shipping duties such as wrapping, boxing, and palletizing products while inspecting finished items. Execute powder coating and wash prep tasks, including painting parts and degreasing with pressure sprayers. Read production paperwork, diagrams, and specifications to perform basic troubleshooting and maintain a clean work area. Support teammates and move between departments as needed based on daily production needs. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, steady 1st shift hours Monday through Thursday, and opportunities to learn multiple skills in a safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and production paperwork
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn multiple jobs and float between departments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Responsible team player willing to float to where the work is
- Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to kneel, stoop, and sit as needed
- Must be able to work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- 1st Shift 5:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
