Job Summary
Enter data into SAP regarding issued and transferred parts, resolve job and segment shortage discrepancies, and receive manufactured parts into stock for issuance. Identify parts using UKG and drawings, investigate missing stock for work orders, and update daily senior management on shortage status. Monitor the shortage list for the Shipping Management team, work with departments to resolve shortages, and inform shipping of findings to ensure timely segment shipment. Comply with Daifuku's QMS policies and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- UKG/SAP experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including including Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
