Repair pallets by removing/ replacing defective boards to complete pallet repairs; operate a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw in the repair process; monitor quality through visual inspections and adherence to repair guidelines; maintain safety compliance by following PPE and safety protocols while operating machinery; strive to meet daily production targets; handle pallets weighing 60-75 lbs and stand for long periods; troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on saws; contribute to a safe, efficient repair department environment.
Required Qualifications
- Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
- The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
