Job Summary
Paint all areas throughout the facility, including poles, walls, floor lines, pipes, and cars, while completing tasks via a work order system daily. Maintain a detailed inventory of all supplies consistently. Perform duties as assigned by management, which may include operating machinery, using aerial equipment for heights over five feet, and working in various temperatures and outdoor elements. This role supports the greenhouses and requires working evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work without supervision at times
- Willingness to work from heights
- Experience using aerial equipment
- Willingness to be trained on aerial equipment
- Attention to detail
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens
- Long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis
- Ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise and during peak seasons
- Ability to lift 35 pounds unaided
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge and experience of paint and paint supplies
- Forklift experience
- Willingness to be trained on forklifts
- Experience operating table movers
- Willingness to be trained on table movers
