Job Summary
Nurse Manager (RN) for the 1st shift at a 124-bed center in Mantua, OH, overseeing a high-performing team of RNs and LPNs, collaborating with the Medical Team to improve nursing practices, developing the Nursing Component of the ISP, ensuring regulatory/compliance standards, and participating in medical rounds and on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Ohio or multistate Registered Nurse licensure required, active status and without disciplinary action to maintain employment
- Minimum of three (3) years' nursing experience
- One to two years of nursing supervisor and/or management experience preferred
- BLS CPR certification - free training/recertification provided
