Job Summary
Conduct inventory movement in Navision, cycle count, and adjust data entry records within the materials department using the established remanufacturing process. Refresh job cards, print job cards, and create warehouse picks while logging jobs to the quality cart and RFID dashboard. Collaborate with planners on parts issues and use Navision for parts movement, data entry, and research. Operate hoist, hand tools, forklift, and hand truck to maintain stocking and inventory accuracy. Work a scheduled shift in Byesville, OH, with a starting pay of $21.85/hr up to $30.84/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools
- Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience in Navision
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
- Ability to read and understand Work Station Instructions
- Willingness to cross-train throughout the area
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating
- Must maintain a clean work area
- Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
- Ability to operate hoist, hand tools, forklift, hand truck, and picker
- Professional Communication skills with vendors
- Properly identify component parts by learning identification numbers
- Willing to relocate to different plants, buildings, warehouses, etc. when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
- Must maintain a clean work area
- Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment
- Previous mechanical experience
- High School Diploma / GED preferred and further college education a plus
