1st Shift Materials Handler III

Job Summary
Transport supplies and finished materials using a lift truck, following verbal instructions and exercising independent judgment. Responsibilities include verifying load accuracy, recording data, loading/unloading trucks and rail cars, maintaining inventory records, and conducting safety checks on equipment. Must comply with safety protocols and handle hazardous materials safely. Candidates must possess a valid forklift license, strong knowledge of SAP material transactions, and undergo HazMat training within 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tyco forklift/over-the-road driver’s license
- Significant knowledge of the material movement transactions in the SAP system
- Ability to read bills of lading, packing lists, and bills of material
- HazMat Training and Certification (within 6 months)
