Job Summary
Shift 1: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm. Read blueprints and technical diagrams; use power tools, drills, grinders, saws, and hand tools to assemble components. Measure and lay out work according to blueprints or drawings using tape measures, straight edges, or squares. Bolt, screw, clip, or fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools. Clean and prepare the assembly line. Perform other duties as assigned. Emphasis on effective verbal/listening communication, time management, defect identification, tool selection, and safe, quality-focused work. Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in conditions near moving parts; PPE required. Prior manufacturing/assembly experience (2+ years preferred) and sheet metal experience a plus. Required Qualifications
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams

- Strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Time management and ability to meet schedules
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor
- Adherence to safety policies and PPE usage
- 1st shift availability (5:00 am - 1:30 pm)
- 2+ years preferred experience in assembler, carpentry, construction or home building
- Sheet metal experience a plus
- Power tool experience in construction a plus
