Job Summary
Manage inbound, outbound, and value-added distribution operations by receiving goods, checking for damage, sorting and labeling inventory, and picking, packing, and dispatching shipments. Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery to move equipment and materials, optimize storage space, and maintain accurate inventory records through data entry. Perform routine manufacturing operations, complete assigned work orders, and troubleshoot equipment issues while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and quality management systems. Support second warehouse startup activities and manage projects to improve workflow through automation and tooling. Work standard shifts in a clean room environment to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures with attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing workloads effectively
- Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Ability to self-manage prioritization of projects, tasks, and production support
- Ability to document manufacturing activities accurately and completely
- Ability to understand team goals, performance metrics, and contribute to achieving them
- Ability to complete required training on time
- Ability to work in a clean room environment
- Ability to perform awkward/forceful/repetitive movements (arms above shoulder, bent wrists)
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
