Job Summary
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and respond timely to urgent breakdowns. Execute facility repairs, assist with equipment installation and assembly, and comply with all safety regulations. Supply your own hand tools while maintaining a clean and safe work environment to support daily operations and production goals. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently or as a team, and a willingness to learn heavy machinery operation. Required Qualifications
- Be able to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
- Be willing to learn how to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift, skid steer, crane).
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
- Be able to perform in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be willing to learn additional skills as needed.
- Have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Be detail-oriented and have critical thinking abilities.

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years maintenance experience.
- Familiar with industrial electrical three phase circuits and schematics.
- Experience in comprehending hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Experience in welding and fabrication.
