Job Summary
A Maintenance Technician-Lead to maintain building, equipment, and production facilities. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance on injection machines, robots, and production equipment, conducting daily 5s and safety monitoring, assisting in setting up ventilation, refrigeration, and heating/plumbing systems, inspecting alarm systems, performing manual repairs (locks, windows), pest control, and assisting in budget preparation. Requires proven maintenance technician experience, knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems, general maintenance practices, tool proficiency, physical dexterity, willingness to overtime, and a high school diploma or equivalent (HVAC/building maintenance certificate a plus). The role is based in Lexington, KY with an in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus
