Job Summary
Oversees the Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians, ensuring all equipment and machinery is in good working condition. Responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance, addressing disciplinary issues, and planning training for new team members. Evaluates maintenance needs, collaborates with team members on work assignments, tracks resources used, and coordinates safety meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with proficiency in technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience
- Proficient in welding, cutting, fabrication, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
