Job Summary
Maintenance Specialist responsible for leading maintenance of equipment, production lines, and facilities; define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities; improve reliability, maintainability, and safety; oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance; manage and update technical documentation; respond to emergencies to minimize production disruption; position is 1st shift, onsite in Pinetops, NC, USA; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of maintenance technician experience; must have tools proficiency (tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.) and be able to lift up to 40 lbs; strong emphasis on optimizing operational and energy efficiency and documenting processes.
Required Qualifications
