Job Summary
Supervise, train, and mentor the Maintenance department while establishing respectful relationships to encourage individual skill development. Maintain property, plant, and equipment to support safe production, implementing process controls for improved performance and providing technical leadership for lean manufacturing objectives. Contribute expertise on food manufacturing plants, process line machinery, and equipment maintenance to drive process improvements and new installations. Requires 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and familiarity with preventative maintenance systems.
