Job Summary
Operate and monitor presses, cutters, and assembly machines while performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary, and record production data accurately. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. This 1st shift role runs 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday at a Grand Prairie manufacturing facility specializing in high-quality industrial springs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- 1ST SHIFT: 6 AM - 2:30 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
