Job Summary
Operate powder gun equipment and control quality by conducting mil thickness inspections, cure and adhesion testing, and adjusting guns for proper application processes. Acknowledge and use process cards while learning customer inspection criteria and packing requirements. Multi-task daily production schedules and follow Winona quality policies, maintaining acceptable housekeeping and wearing necessary personal protective equipment. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during the shift.

- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift
- Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 60 pounds
