Job Summary
Operate ice cream production machines to meet daily targets while adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Maintain equipment cleanliness using the "clean as you go" principle, ensuring no stagnant water remains and all tools are stored correctly. Perform effective handovers with maintenance and next shifts, reporting faults immediately and de-kitting the line to return packaging to the warehouse. Work in a fast-paced, cold environment requiring standing for long hours, with full compliance to health and safety regulations and core values.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Must be able to stand for hours with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

- Must perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Must follow hygiene and safety guidelines, including wearing protective gear (gloves, hairnets, etc.)
- Must collaborate to ensure smooth production and packaging
- Must follow food safety regulations
- Must be able to handle frequent exposure to nuts and other potential allergens
