Job Summary
Lead an assigned building or area, ensuring the facility remains clean and meets expectations at all times. Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and supervising department functions while enforcing custodial workflows to satisfy client and facility personnel needs. Maintain effective communication to confirm contract requirements are met and demonstrate company culture and values. Manage staff through on-the-job training and motivation, prioritizing time management and self-direction to meet deadlines. This role supports Allegiance Industries as a premier facility services provider in Kinston, NC.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field
- Experience managing custodial operations
- Proven experience motivating and training staff
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management
- Stong service/quality mindset
- Professionalism
