Job Summary
Operate automatic blanking, heat treat forming, and robotic TIG welding equipment to produce various size holesaws. Setup, change over, and load materials onto robotic pallets or welder chucks while adjusting speed, length, and current settings per established procedures. Visually inspect each saw for weld quality, roundness, and penetration, then rework or scrap items out of spec. Maintain equipment and work areas, report malfunctions to the foreman, and record data from travelers. Work from provided priorities and travelers while adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of charts, specifications, and micrometers
- Ability to use numbers including decimals
- Mechanical ability/aptitude
