Job Summary
Perform general production labor throughout the plant, including inspecting products for defects, preparing raw materials, and assisting with filling containers and operating support equipment. Conduct container inspections for seams, lid placement, and fill levels while maintaining clean work areas through sweeping and proper material disposal. Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, bobcats, or hoists when trained, and learn to safely stop production equipment as needed. Report safety or equipment concerns immediately and strictly follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Lift and move up to 100 pounds while standing, walking, bending, and reaching in varying temperatures throughout the day.

- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to work around production equipment and machinery
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
