Job Summary
Disassemble S60 and HDEP heads for heavy-duty trucks, ensuring quality of head cores and adhering to remanufacturing processes. Log work, operate tools including presses, torches, and hoists, and use computer systems to access data, drawings, and bills of materials. Maintain a clean work area, follow standardized procedures, and participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform physically demanding duties involving moderate to heavy lifting and repetitive hand manipulation. Work onsite in Byesville, OH, with a starting pay of $18.40/hr and potential gainsharing bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools
- Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain a clean work area
- Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
- Cross train on other jobs as required
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in at the time of application
- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment
- Previous mechanical experience
- High School Diploma / GED preferred and further college education a plus
