Job Summary
General Production Team Members support Tyson Foods' poultry processing operations by performing a variety of production and labor functions across multiple areas, including tray packing, packaging, labeling, boxing, knife use for debone support, cleaning and sanitizing, wing cutting, sorting, and rotation between departments to meet production needs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with duties that may include distribution tasks and adherence to food safety and FPS standards. The position requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs, perform repetitive motions, work in cold conditions (below 40°F), and be available for shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
