Job Summary
Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations in the Industrial forming department. Follow instructions during the operation process, use various tools and techniques to support assigned tasks, and maintain a clean working environment. Operate a grinder and utilize high-power tools such as impacts and wrenches while reading measuring devices. Lift up to 100lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and perform bending, kneeling, and stooping in a fabrication shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals. This role is vital to ensuring customer needs are consistently met and promoting the company's continued strong national growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure
- Must be able to operate a grinder
- Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
- Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Must be able to exude high energy
- Must have solution-based thinking
- Must focus great attention to detail
- Must maintain a service-oriented disposition
- Must have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment
- Must be punctual
