Job Summary
Part-Time Fulfillment Team member responsible for picking and packing orders with accuracy and care, contributing to speedy delivery to customers. Requires reliable transportation, strong attendance, ability to read/write simple instructions, teamwork and clear communication, good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role supports a fast-paced environment and adherence to deadlines within a Hillsborough, NC facility. Salary includes base pay of $14.50/hour plus productivity incentives; schedule includes Monday and Tuesday shifts from 6am–2pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Excellent record of attendance
- Self-motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations to all members of the team
- Possess good hand/eye coordination and the ability to do repetitive work with hands
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
