1st shift Forklift/Turret Operator

First shift forklift/turret operator responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading to ensure accurate outbound shipments. Roles include unloading inbound shipments from plants, organizing product in storage locations, tracking bin locations, consolidating product to maximize storage space, picking customer orders per pick tickets, inspecting product condition, staging products in designated lanes, loading products onto truck trailers, completing audit sheets and internal paperwork (BOL), collaborating with Customer Service Reps to verify available product, and performing daily inventory counts and spot checks. Requires experience with stand-up forklifts, RF scanning, and warehouse software; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to work independently or in a team; strong organizational and attendance skills; physical tolerance to weather changes. This role adheres to Growscape standards and maintains a safe, clean work environment. The position is in Middlefield, OH, USA, and is a full-time, first-shift role.
