Job Summary
Forklift Operator for 1st shift in a warehouse setting. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to unload, move, and store inbound products; pick, prepare, and stage orders; ensure accurate documentation and WMS entries. Maintain inventory records, inspect shipments, and assist with physical counts and stock rotation. Follow safety policies, perform daily equipment inspections, and assist with minor facility maintenance. May change forklift fuel tanks, label, sort, wrap, and re-pack as needed; repair pallets or assist with dock tasks; overtime may be required. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and forklift certification (or ability to obtain). Basic computer and RF scanner skills, ability to work in varying temperatures, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Comfortable lifting 21–50 lbs and standing for long periods. Preferred: 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics and forklift experience; current MHE certification.
Required Qualifications

- 6+ months experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse work
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
