1st Shift Food Production Supervisor

Oversees all food production activities on the plant floor and performs operations to meet USDA/FDA specifications. Provides leadership to production staff, collaborates with QA/Ops, and ensures a clean, safe, and sanitized environment. Responsible for opening meetings, operating plant equipment, sanitation schedules, changeovers, log-book duties, and coordination with operations and QA. Requires ability to dismantle, clean, and sanitize equipment; operate a tow motor; read and interpret ingredient specifications and recipes; apply weights and measures, and ensure compliance with government regulations and HACCP programs. The role emphasizes planning, communication, and developing staff while maintaining efficiency and adherence to company policies.
