Job Summary
Operate finishing, blasting, and polishing equipment to achieve desired surface finishes on medical device components while inspecting parts before and after processes for quality compliance. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, document production data, and report any defects discovered during operations. Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to address discrepancies and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a clean work environment. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency. This Level 1 role at Precision Medical Technologies requires a high school diploma, preferred manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to operate and maintain finishing, blasting, and polishing equipment
