Job Summary
Perform all phases of electrical maintenance, repair, and installation for building equipment and systems up to 480V. Execute proper multimeter use and electrical diagnostic testing on all components. Manage work order dispatching and recording via electronic systems, receiving assignments verbally or in writing for routine or emergency tasks. Carry out preventative maintenance including inspections, cleaning, and adjusting of electrical equipment to minimize downtime through proactive performance testing. Ensure all work adheres to the National Electric Code and maintains equipment safely. Full-time, 1st shift position with optional daily pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in the proper use of multimeter
- Proficient with work order systems, work order (WO) dispatching and recording system
- Proficient with electrical diagnostic testing techniques on all electrical components
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
- Capability to receive all work assignments given verbally or written instructions
- Ability to perform electrical maintenance, repair and installation of building electrical equipment and systems
- Ability to perform various electrical installations and repairs related to all electrical facilities and related equipment
- Ability to carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM) i.e., inspections, cleaning, and adjusting of all electrical equipment
- Ability to assure equipment is being maintained in a safe manner
- Ability to minimize down time through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance
- Capability to perform duties involving 480V and below
