Job Summary
Perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on CNC equipment, lift trucks, and hand tools. Candidates must possess a state certification as a Journeyman electrician or relevant trade, with 5 or more years of electro-mechanical experience, and have a strong understanding of PLC programming and diagnostics. Must read complex schematics and blueprints, work independently, and perform welding tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- State-certified Journeyman electrician, millwright or maintenance mechanic
- 5 or more years of direct experience as an Electro-Mech Technician in an industrial setting
- Experience in PLC programming and installation
- Knowledge and experience with amplifiers, components, power supplies, test equipment tools, computer-digital concepts, PLC’s, cabling, motors, block diagram schematics, advanced hydraulic schematics
- Advanced knowledge & troubleshooting skills in power presses and metal working equipment
- Experience in developing and managing a preventative maintenance program
