Job Summary
Lead a diverse team of frontline associates by coaching, guiding, and fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion. Drive daily operations with precision, managing staffing, workflow, and real-time problem-solving while championing a safety-first mindset where protocols are lived. Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable reports to inspire continuous improvement. Maintain transparent communication between leadership and the floor to ensure alignment. This role requires Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm shifts in an active industrial distribution center with moderate to high noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
